Spring Creek Tract

Spring Creek Tract comprises 137 private recreation residences located by permit on National Forest land near South Lake Tahoe.  It is federally managed by the USFS Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit.  SCT permittees and persons with an ownership interest are members of the Spring Creek Tract Association. The SCTA is administered by an elected board of directors and provides road maintenance, a water system, arrangements for garbage, sewer, snow removal and other services as needed.  Annual dues and special assessments fund the necessary infrastructure.
